Non-Employee (External User) - Morgan Peabody MyPortal Internet Explorer Settings Required.

Please use the following as a guide to setup Internet Explorer to allow full functionality of the Morgan Peabody MyPortal website. Internet Explorer version 7 is required.

To upgrade from an earlier version of Internet Explorer to version 7 please visit the following address to download http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx.

  1. Open “Internet Explorer” (web browser)
  2. Locate “Tools” in the upper toolbar
  3. Within “Tools” navigate down to “Internet Options”
  4. Within the “Internet Options” window, Locate and click the “Privacy” tab
  5. Within the “Privacy” tab, Locate and click the “Sites” button; a new window will open “Per Site Privacy Actions”
  6. Within the new window, locate the “Address of Web Site” field
  7. Enter the following addresses in the field one at a time and click "Allow"

    *.morganpeabody.com
    *.paperout.com
    *.mainaccount.com
    *.xtiva.net
    *.streetscape.com
    *.yahooapi.com

  8. You should see these 2 web domains appear in the “Managed Web Sites” box
  9. Click “OK” to close this window
  10. You should now be back in the “Internet Options” window
  11. Locate and click the “Security” tab
  12. Locate the “Trusted sites” icon and click the “Sites” button located immediately underneath the icons; a new window will open “Trusted Sites”
  13. Enter all of the same listed addresses you did for step 7 above in the "Add this Web site to the zone:" field and click the "Add" button
  14. Click “Close” once all sites have been entered. You should still be in "Trusted Sites"
  15. Then Select the "Custom Level" button where you will "Enable" ever option listed other than one last setting under "User Authentication" where you will select "Prompt for every name and password"
  16. Click "Close" to close the window and save the settings
  17. Click “OK” to close the “Internet Options” window
  18. Contact support@morganpeabody.com for any errors encountered or for help with any of the above described settings
Problems accessing MyStatements

Note: For Internet Explorer users only
  1. Open “Internet Explorer” (web browser)
  2. Locate “Tools” in the upper toolbar
  3. Within “Tools” navigate down to “Internet Options”
  4. Within the “Internet Options” window, Locate and click the “Privacy” tab
  5. Within the “Privacy” tab, Locate and click the “Sites” button; a new window will open “Per Site Privacy Actions”
  6. Within the new window, locate the “Address of Web Site” field
  7. Enter “mainaccount.com” (without the quotations) in the field and click “Allow”
  8. In the same field, enter “morganpeabody.com” (without the quotations) and click “Allow”
  9. You should see these 2 web domains appear in the “Managed Web Sites” box
  10. Click “OK” to close this window
  11. You should now be back in the “Internet Options” window
  12. Locate and click the “Security” tab
  13. Locate the “Trusted sites” icon and click the “Sites” button located immediately underneath the icons; a new window will open “Trusted Sites”
  14. Enter “mainaccount.com” (without the quotations) in the “Add this Web site to the zone:” field and click the “Add” button
  15. Click “Close” to close the window
  16. Click “OK” to close the “Internet Options” window
  17. Login to MyPortal through www.morganpeabody.com and access MyStatements ? if you have access, then you should automatically login
How do I change my password it is about to expire?

You can follow the steps below to change your password through Outlook Web Access, Morgan Peabody's Email Application. https://mymail.morganpeabody.com
  1. Locate the “Options” button in the top right of the main OWA header
  2. Click “Options”
  3. Locate the “Change Password” menu under the “Options” heading in the left side pane
  4. Click “Change Password”
  5. On the “Change Password” screen enter your ‘Old Password’
  6. Enter your ‘New Password’ in both of the remaining boxes; See “Password Policy Requirements”
Password Policy Requirements

  • The password is atleast seven characters long.
    • The password contains characters from at least three of the following five categories:
    • English uppercase characters (A - Z)
    • English lowercase characters (a - z)
    • Base 10 digits (0 - 9)
    • Non-alphanumeric (for example: !, $, #, or %)
    • Unicode characters
  • The password does not contain three or more characters from the user's account name.
Remote Email Access

All remote access to email is available through Morgan Peabody’s secure email web client -- Outlook Web Access (OWA).

All remote communications using your Morgan Peabody email (@morganpeabody.com) should be conducted through the web address specified below.

Select “This is a private computer” if you are working from your office or protected computer; otherwise select “This is a public or shared computer”

Help:
Available online throughout the Outlook Web Access Interface. Look for the blue ‘? - Help’ in the upper right hand corner on any screen within the email application.
